I’ve been journaling since 2017. Almost 10 years now! I started this practice during a time when I felt a bit lost, when the days seemed to blur into each other. Writing down my thoughts and experiences helped me see my life from a new perspective.
Slowly, I began to notice and appreciate the small moments, and found joy in them.
I started incorporating drawing, photography, and collage. Turning it into a creative ritual that helped me stay grounded and connected to myself.
It’s a practice I recommend to everyone. You don’t need to be a writer or an artist , just honest with yourself.
